Here's a picture of my mother when she was just a child. Her younger brother Jim is standing next to her. Sitting in the wagon are a couple of St. Bernard puppies. This pups later became show dogs. They were owned by her father, Carl, who started the first Kennel Club for St. Bernards in Springfield, Illinois.
